Staff Software Engineer — Full-Stack & Platforms

Core Technical Scope & Deliverables
In this role, you will be directly responsible for system correctness, operational stability, and technical leadership across the following dimensions:
- Lead frontend and platform architecture using Next.js, TypeScript, and modern distributed rendering patterns.
- Engineer low-latency Node.js and Go backend services handling transactional workloads with sub-50ms p99 latency.
- Establish state-of-the-art developer experience, automated CI/CD pipelines, and rigorous type-safety standards.
- Collaborate directly with client principal engineers during high-stakes modernization phases.
- Mentor mid-level and senior engineers through thorough code reviews and design critiques.
Engineering Prerequisites
We evaluate candidates against demonstrated systems experience and sound foundational thinking:
- 8+ years building mission-critical web applications, enterprise platforms, and scalable microservices.
- Exemplary proficiency with modern TypeScript, React server components, Node.js concurrency, and SQL/NoSQL storage engines.
- Mastery of Core Web Vitals, performance profiling, and accessible semantic UI design systems.
- Strong command of automated testing methodologies (unit, integration, contract, and E2E testing).
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Background
- Experience with distributed caching patterns (Redis/Dragonfly) and event streaming architectures (Kafka).
- Prior experience migrating monolithic codebases using the Strangler Fig pattern.
