Senior DevOps & Infrastructure Security Engineer
Harden cloud infrastructure, automate deployment pipelines, and enforce zero-trust security postures across multi-tenant enterprise clusters.
Core Technical Scope & Deliverables
In this role, you will be directly responsible for system correctness, operational stability, and technical leadership across the following dimensions:
- Enforce automated vulnerability scanning, SBOM tracking, and container image signing (Cosign).
- Manage automated Secret management workflows using HashiCorp Vault and cloud KMS providers.
- Maintain centralized logging, metrics, and distributed tracing fabrics (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
- Automate cluster provisioning and configuration drift remediation using Terraform and Ansible.
- Participate in on-call escalation rotation with a focus on post-mortem blameless learning culture.
Engineering Prerequisites
We evaluate candidates against demonstrated systems experience and sound foundational thinking:
- 5+ years in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Security engineering.
- Strong Linux systems administration, networking protocols (TCP/IP, TLS, DNS), and shell automation.
- Experience implementing SOC2/ISO27001-aligned infrastructure controls in AWS or GCP.
- Proficiency with container security, IAM least-privilege policies, and network segmentation.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Background
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS).
- Experience with policy-as-code frameworks like Open Policy Agent (OPA) or Kyverno.
